Location We Collect From You
  • Foodopd Business app collects location data to enable order tracking even when the app is closed or in background.
  • Foodopd Business app does not share order location with customers until order is not on the way.
  • We do not share your location outside the Foodopd scope.
  • Users current location collected for only application functionality, it does not share with any third party or outside the Foodopd scope.
Where We Store Information

We store data we collect in our server files, server system log files, backend databases and analytics systems, as well as in our main office and backup computers and drives.

How We Use Your Information

We will use the information collected in order to conduct normal business and provide services and support for you. These uses include (but are not limited to):

Public information: any information you may disclose on our blogs, review areas, message boards, or other public areas on our websites becomes public information. Exercise caution when disclosing personal data in these public areas.

Payment providers such as Stripe: if you make a payment on our websites or applications, you agree that we may share data about you with the payment solution provider and vice versa in order to carry out the payment in question.

We reserve the right to contact you by email to conduct business. You have the right and full opportunity to opt out of our communications by simply responding to said communication, following a removal link in the footer of some emails. We will act on these requests with speed

If messages from us are part of a service that you signed up for, we do reserve the right to continue contacting you until that service is fulfilled. It is not possible to unsubscribe from messages related to service communications.
